Creamy turmeric latte, also known as golden milk or turmeric milk, is a delicious warming beverage, made with hints of warming spices and a handful of ingredients.
This recipe can be enjoyed anytime. It also makes a delicious nighttime beverage to unwind. You'll need the following ingredients:
1 tbsp Naturya Turmeric Superblend
250ml milk of choice (I used homemade almond milk but oat milk is also a good choice for natural sweetness, or coconut milk will make your latte creamier but will add a coconut flavour)
1 tsp manuka honey (normal honey or maple syrup both work well too)
Directions:
1. Heat milk over stove.
2. Add Turmeric Superblend powder and whisk gently whilst bringing to a boil.
3. Reduce heat to low and continue simmering and whisking for a few more minutes until the spices have incorporated into the milk.
3. Add manuka honey and stir.
4. Pour into a cup and sprinkle with cinnamon if desired.
